My complaint:
Idiot driver couldn’t find me despite me doing everything in my power to assist. He INSTRUCTED ME to leave my 5th floor apartment and go in to the street when I am SELF ICOLATING and when I refused I saw him cycle past me and now I have spent my money with NO FOOD. Bilal needs to be sacked.
Suggested solution:
Bring me my damn food or refund me.
