My complaint:
Have spoken to numerous other people staying and all have the same view as me. The water is way too cold.
I have mentioned this to front reception but they thinkbelieve it is at 26 dergrees. More like 16. would be happy for lady working at reception to jump in and see for her self or alternative at least do a temperature test.
Suggested solution:
simply turn the heat up or investigate why the pool heating is not working properly
