My complaint:
I have a elite 800x headset bought for my son for Xmas. It’s still under its guarantee. I contacted turtle beach as the earphone swivel ball has snapped making the headset unusable. It will not sit on the head. I received an email to show a photo of the damage and the serial number of the item which was done. Turtle beach sent back a reply saying that yes the item needs to be replaced, through the company I bought it from. His grandparents got them for him and the place they got them from is no longer trading due to corona virus. I sent turtle beach this information. Asking that they honour the guarantee themselves.
But it’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing back even though I have emailed them everyday for a week.
Suggested solution:
I would like a replacement for these faulty headphones under the guarantee as stated.
