My complaint:

This is a message from Turtle Beach refusing to look in to my faulty product which was manufactored by the company and i had warranty under also. This is what they said Unfortunately, since your product was originally purchased within it over a year and 5 days is no longer covered under the one-year manufacturer’s warranty. It will be necessary to replace the product.

find it completely disturbing of the fact that even tho my warranty ended with the manufactors it expired 5 days after enquiring about it. I advised then to please have a look in to the product as it is not working anymore i have tried every single resolution to try to fix it which was not my fault. I tried asking other companies to have a look in to it they werent able to do it they basically advised me to contact turtle beach. I do believe i am running around in circles.

The TurtleBeach Stealth 600 just completely ran out of juice for no reason i tried everything to fix it. Maybe turtle beach are not able to fix these sort of solutions that they make. Its absolutely disgusting of the fact that turtle beach refused to look in to it because of the warranty measures. I do demand a full explanation and i want a refund in full please. I will provide proof of purchase.  Also to advise i have sent this complaint copy to Complaint.Biz
