My complaint:
Feb 5 – my flight was from sfo to istanbul
I called capital one which was the third party who I booked from, they called Turkish airlines and both representatives told me that it can be changed with NO COST.
was forced to submit 3 different feedbacks. Call 10 times. Each agent gave me conflicting information. Repeatedly refused to help me or transfer me to a manager.
Suggested solution:
Refund my ticket completely
