Turkish Airlines complaint: Paid Seat reservation vanished

My complaint:

I paid an extra amount for my reservation and my reserved seats got alloted to someone else. Called customer services and customer relation agents but they seems to be helpless.

Suggested solution:

I like to get my seats back.
