My complaint:
Good afternoon i am making this complaint because my mother had been travel by Turkish airlines as it had been the staff negligence had been forgotten my mother not accompanied to her destination so had been more than 8 hours stay in the airport without taking care no food n drink nothing as she has health problems n she is old her final destination was from Istanbul to Palermo Italy then they send her Rome to Palermo very late night n had baggage damaged
Suggested solution:
Such a bad experience n bad service for the first time n may b last time also must be refund
