My complaint:
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE ON THE FLIGHT 10.10.2022 FROM CAIRO TO ISTANBUL
5 DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED THE LUGGAGE
AS SOON AS I RETURN FROM THE TRIP I APPLIED TO REQUEST COMPENSATION FOR MY EXPENSES INCURRED. 5 MONTHS LATER I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY MY EXPENSES BECAUSE I DID NOT APPLY ON TIME. HOW MUCH FALSE AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER, WHEN THEY HAVE SINCE OCTOBER 23 ALL MY DOCUMENTS

THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT. IT IS THE WORST AIRLINE TO TRAVEL FOR THE SATISFACTION OF THE PASSENGER
