My complaint:

Travelled from Los angeles to madrid with istanbul as transit. Delayed our luggage, to UP to 2 weeks (which i think probably lost) We have completed our trip to Spain and no news on our Luggage at all. They are 2 hard large suitcases. How is it possible to lost them all together, unless being stolen by their airport staff……or they simply don’t care and not helping me find them at all. Gutted at their attitude. Made long distance calls to Turkish Airlines office in Istanbul, Madrid, Hong Kong, what i heard is “there is no news about your luggage, sorry madam”, “we don’t know”. Urged them to tag them as urgent case as there are health documents inside, they simply don’t care. Made calls to Istanbul and Madrid airport, they hang me up because they can’t find an explanation. Applied for online claim with all proofs and receipts, no reply and no compensation for delay expenses until now. This is simply a scam, a rubbish airline, which i myself will never set foot on for the rest of my life. If ever there are zero star, i wish i can give them one.

Suggested solution:

find me the luggage as soon ad possible
compensation for delay baggage expenses as soon as possible
apologize
