My complaint:
I am writing you in regards with booking UQEX58. The flight segments was scheduled for 0303 from NYC- Istanbul-Bucharest
The return flight was schedyled for 0305 and it cant be rescheduled due to the fact that the initiap ongoing 0303 flight status still shows as lifted instead of landed. I have called Turkish airlines numerous times on 0304 and i was told that they cant manually chamge the flight system as the system automatically does it. It has been more than 24 hrs since the plane landed in Bucharest and the flight status is still not changed- thus blocking me from being able to change my return flight and being forced to buy a complete new return ticket
Suggested solution:
Change flight status and refund the money spent on that return ticket as it cant be used anymore
