My complaint:

Hello,

Our flight was deliberately put on hold, the check in employee operated in a way that he was NOT able to verify our extra baggage purchase eventhough it was made in their own Turkish airlines office in Istanbulm furthermore the employee had to ask 4 times his supervisor which further delayed us by a total of 35mins so we were NOT able to board the plane in time, we had to wait for the whole night and had to pay an extra 133eur to reschedule the flight and it was NOT to the original destination but to the capical city – Sofia, instead of Varna, then we had to purchase train tickets to Varna which again delayed us by a whole day, all that with 40 kg of luggage,almost no time to eat or rest… And all this was made to every BULGARIAN PASSANGER on that flight only !! At the check-in gates,we were asked by one of the securty guards while still waiting at the zigzag lines for our turn at the check-in gate F9, if we were from Bulgaria! When we were late for the flight, we had to find our way out of the airport via securty because no one explained NOR wanted to tell us where the Turkish Airlines help desk is located at, we have even spoken with the supervisor at F44 after 3 hours of crawling slowly with 40 kg of baggage,to which we were told that he CANNOT HELP US, also the employee that got us late by CHECKING to see if the baggage purchase was valid, inputed falsly in their system that we had CHECKED IN LATE(aka those 35mins that he wasted going backwards and forwards to talk to his supervisor about the validity of the document i had presented him for the baggage was used in forgery against us stating that we had gone to him 35mins LATER than we did!!) so the supervisor did literally nothing untill i called my embassy, then when i got back from the call, the supervisor was missing, there was another person that was in his place, which miraculously could speak russian, so he had arranged for a free ticket out of the country to Sofia (since the next flight to Varna was 2 days later) !!
This is literally DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM ! Only 4 bulgarians with us have suffered this delay !! And this is not the first time this has happened in the past months as well !!!!! I DEMAND COMPENSATION FROM TURKISH AIRLINES !!! We have been delayed by a total of 20 hours without accommodation or any sort of compensation for all this trouble !!!! ALL THIS TROUBLE WHICH WAS INTENDED FOR BULGARIAN PASSANGERS ONLY !!!! LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE FROM ANY OTHER NATIONALITY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THAT ON THAT FLIGHT !!!! EVENTHOUGH WE HAVE PROVIDED THE DOCUMENTS VERYFYING THE PURCHASE OF THE EXTRA BAGGAGE WHICH WAS PRINTED OUT BY THE TURKISH AIRLINES OFFICE ON TEATRO CADDESI, ISTANBUL !!!!!
