My complaint:
I’m a smalll business. Someone left a glowing review – 5. My overall rating is 3.7. This makes my company look bad on the search results. How is this possible. Is it because I am not paying the thousands a year they want me to? I asked to have the entire profile removed or to rectify the overall rating so it was actually based on consumer reviews. But no one responded.
Suggested solution:
Mark our site as 5 to reflect the review and not fabricate 3.7 for whatever reason. I am sure it’s a tactic to get me to pay and that’s awful business tactics
