My complaint:
I always use the online order system. yesterday 10202022 I went online and placed an order to be picked up at the Clermont, Fl. location. A few minutes later at 8:45am I received a ation for the order by text. Last night I reached out to customer service chat twice to see if they could assist me with finding out why I never received the text that says my order is ready, I was concerned that there was some issue. The first person was rude and offered no help, the second chat conversation was more helpful, they talked with the store and ed my order was there and open and suggested I visit the store with the text because it would most likely be ready by the time I arrived. This morning I talked to Customer service on the phone, and they put me on hold called the store and then basically told me the same thing, go ahead on to the store. I explained to each of these customer service reps that I was about an hour’s drive each way from the location and the reason I was persistent is because I didn’t want to make a wasted trip. We’ll guess what, I drove to the store, and they said they had no record in either system of my order, I showed them the ation and order number so they could see what they sent me, and they still said they didn’t have any record of it and the product I ordered was no longer in stock. I said its actually on your website as available now. I explained to the gentleman that I had not only wasted my time and afternoon, but that I had wasted the gas for the trip. (Sometimes a company needs to make things right with a customer and especially a good customer) Trulieve needs to contact me and apologize first and then making it right by offering me a free delivery of that product, I should not have to burn my gas again, this time it should be on them. I still have the order ation if they want to see it. Do the right thing Trulieve!
