My complaint:
My wife and I went to trueleave and we handed are cards to the gentleman in the front desk and he said to both of us witch one of us is a guest, now if we handed both arecards to the gentleman and we were there to buy your guys product, so we waited for 45 min and he call for my wife to go back there and I told the gentleman we are together and he says no we couldn’t go back there together, we both have cards and the gentleman was a real butt head about it. My wife has bad anxiety and I needed to be there for her ,and she’s new at this so she wanted me with her.any dispensary we go in we have no problems with both of us together, I see guest go in your place with people with there cards together. But my wife had real bad anxiety that I needed to be there for her. The guy in the front desk needs to check his attitude and stop going outside flirting with women outside. We will not go to trueleave ever again.poor costumer service this is the 3rd time we had this problem.
Suggested solution:
Just be nicer to customers, cause that's not a way to run a business I can go to rise, fluent cureleave and everyone are professional and take care of the customers.
