My complaint:
He NEVER returns calls or texts. I’ve had multiple complaints and he tells me to never call the company and he will take care of it—NOT! I signed up for home perimeter bug control with the company and then he called and said:don’t go thru the company, they’ll charge you more and quoted me a fee. I canceled with the company and then he charged me not what he quoted but MORE, than the company fee! I’m done and most likely will be using a different service in the spring!
Suggested solution:
He should call and apologize and refund me what he said it was going to cost!!!!!!
