My complaint:
Local TrueGreen Agent signed me up for curative grub treatment. I was told that after this treatment I would see results in 2-3 days. If needed, re-application will be scheduled. First treatment was done on 11/22. I received a work order after that also listed Revive and Weed Control treatments that WERE NOT DONE! I requested to speak with Local Office Supervisor. William Rogers called me back and didn’t have any answers. He said to wait 2 weeks for product to work. If not, they would schedule a re-application. I has been calling them since 12/01 to schedule re-application, but 800 number doesn’t even show that I had grub treatment and therefore cannot schedule it. Local Office is not responsive – requested to talk to the Supervisor on 12/07 and still waiting for the call back.
Suggested solution:
They should either schedule another treatment or refund money that I paid for the first one.
