My complaint:
After numerous lawn treatments, I contacted Trugreen to complain over the amount of weeds that were growing in our lawn – a terrible result of their treatment. I demanded they stop invoicing us until the problem was corrected but they did not do so and after repeated complaints, I refused to ay any further invoices. They have referred us to a collection agency over which we are furious. We have impeccable credit and are outraged over this treatment.
Suggested solution:
Cease and desist collection agency actions and apologize for the ridiculous customer service results
