My complaint:
on the 8th august 2021 i put in a withdrawel of $1000 with True Blue casino..they say it takes between 5 and 10 working days to get approved from the finance team, then it goes to a financial department and it takes up to 7 working days for it tio get to your bank…..well it is now 6th of september and no one in the financial department has even looked at it..i wrtite to them everyday and get the exact same answer every time, which is they will elevate it and check again in 1 or 2 days
