My complaint:

Made a withdrawal request on request back in September 2021waited 4 weeks , still not processed, talked to support via chat a number of times, Had it escalated a number of times and still no payment, went to log on one morning and wasn’t accepting password, changed password without problem,, but log on would not accept new password, did that a number of times. Sent many emails but no response. Withdrawal was only $1050.
