My complaint:
My user for true blue casino is Deedee79
I made a withdrawal x4 separate of each $2,500
So totol of $10,000
I sent all documents that were required for my withdrawal such as my utility bills,license..etc
Then it was all verified after couple days
Then put back in my casino balance..this occurred every couple of days I spoke to many chat support agents and all they keep saying is for me to do it all over again.
They keep making me repeat the whole withdraw process every few days and I’m am now really getting frustrated cause Im just going in circles,cause they keep on making me do the same thing over and over again..
I’ve asked to speak to a team leader and I was told there isn’t one,which I have screen shots to prove
Suggested solution:
They should just be fair and pay me my winnings,cause I have sent everything as requested
