My complaint:
My name is Kristen and I have been waiting at the speaker at Tropical Smoothie over 25 min and they tell me they are too busy to take my order. I then proceed to go inside and no one even acknowledges me and I ask what is going on and tell them I had been waiting over 25 min at the speaker with several cars passing by
