My complaint:
I had booked an Air India flight from Moscow to Delhi for 19th June, 2022 which has been rescheduled involuntarily by the airlines on 7th July and I do not wish to travel by that flight.
So wrote mails to the customer service tripmonster email id but didn’t get the response as expected. Also i can’t contact them as they are located in Spain.
I just need a full refund of my amount as the Air India airlines said that they will be returning full refund to the third party without any cancellation charges. I expect to receive a full refund of my amount as the flight was involuntarily rescheduled by the airlines.
Suggested solution:
The agent should contact me on my registered mobile number and should reply to my emails.
Also they should give me a full refund without any cancellation charges as the airlines is also returning the full refund.
