My complaint:
I booked a journey to Zanzibar in October 2022 and got ation. Yesterday I went to the airport in order to start my journey but I found out that there was no booking in my name. I couldn’t understand what happened and started to check my spam and there I found an e-mail dated 30 October about the changes of my flights.
I did not see it at the time and did not accept the changes, nobody has contacted me ever since and I have not received my money back for the cancelation of my booking. There is no way to contact them but I want my money back. I would also like to get compensation for my train tickets and the wasted time and stress I went through.
This is just unbelievable! And because my accommodation was also booked I had to buy another ticket to be able to travel soon and it has been expensive, so it would be nice if I got compensation of the difference in prices.
Suggested solution:
Just give me the money back
