My complaint:
I made a booking for my staff on TRIP.COM for HKG-DEL-HKG on Thai airways. His final destination was Kathmandu for which he had separate ticket. My staff holds Nepalese Passport. But when he went to check for his DEL flight at HKG airport TG staff told him he needs Indian VISA to land in DEL which had never ever happened. Since he didn’t have Indian VISA they refused to let him check in. Hence he had to miss his flight. Now I had to buy a new ticket for him for HKG-KATHMANDU.
But since he couldn’t take his out bound flight TRIP.COM has cancelled his RETURN flight too.
Suggested solution:
I want them to reinstate his return flight.
