My complaint:
I tried to check into my flight at Sofia airport. On Sunday 5th June 2022. I tried checking in despite not recieving a reminder. I was then told by wizz air desk that I had to pay €40 (81 BGN) to check in. This is not acceptable!!!! I was unable to check in then had to pay this ridiculous amount
Suggested solution:
I want my money back!!!
