My complaint:

Booked via agoda , requested a twin room which ive had before from travelodge ( stayed in Cambridge 1 week prior and twin room available) travelling for work . Arrived no twin room informed no travelodge does a twin. But they are available on agoda site. Very rude staff wouldnt resove or even answer phone to agoda or email they said they had sent .i even had to go and make sure phone number was correct.very embarrassing. Travelodge reply was i shouldnt be booking through a 3rd party yet these are generally cheaper. Placed us in a family room however only for 1 night , told we would have to find another hotel and get a refund for 4 nights yet family room available on website , just wanted the booking and room honoured. Still no help refused to get a manager to sort it out the next day. Had to pay the difference. I travel and stay in travelodge at least 300 says a year where i can . Very very rude i do not expect to be belittled and spoken down to for not booking direct. Not everyone can afford to do this.
