My complaint:

It was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. First I booked through a travel agency so I was not expecting the rooms to look exactly like the pictures however Avast and complete difference was almost laughable. The only thing that wasn’t disgusting in the room was the bed which was very nice there were pieces of the wall peeling off pieces of the bathtub peeling off there was stripping missing in the floors to where you can cut your feet the water coming out of the bathtub was a disgusting color the room smelled the keys did not work the way that they were supposed to work and once he finally did get them to work the light still stay dreads so you never knew which time it might actually work. The fire alarm in the room would beat every 35 seconds with a noise that nobody even with earplugs could sleep through and there was apparently no way to fix it. If that wasn’t bad enough when I got there you guys took a hundred and $2 deposit off of my card I was told that it was just a hold as a deposit like every other Hotel does but when I checked out today somebody screwed up and actually charged my card the hundred and $2 which they told me specifically was not going to happen because believe me I left that room better than how it was when I got there so my account my card was overdrawn and then when I called to have it fixed I was told that it happens all the time it’s up to my bank even though it was your fault depending on my overdraft fee and that it could take 7 to 14 days for me to get my money back I am blown away why how unprofessional and ridiculous this experience was.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money not just for the deposit but for the 1 night I wish I could've never spent there
