My complaint:
I made a reservation via wyndhamhotels.com for the South Holland Il location. My reservation was for 7 days 6/11/23 – 6/18/23. I was in route and was unable to check in on 6/11/23 because the amount i paid was for the entire week i did not think it would be a problem to check in on Monday. When i tried to check in on Monday 6/12 I was told the reservation had been cancelled and there was nothing they could do. I contacted customer service 888-861-8331 and was told i would have to pay $49.00 which was fine. Then I was told it was non-refundable. To keep the entire amount is not right. Why would i not be allowed to use the money I have already paid. The reservation ation is B_9816204.
Suggested solution:
I would like a 6 day hotel credit.
