Travelodge Hotels complaint: A little bit of everything

My complaint:

1st the motel staff didn’t inform to let us know the pool was closed until after we was checked in. 2nd we was placed on the 2nd floor and the hallway smells like urine and pot our window has no screen and the room is musty to where I can’t breathe and was also not aware the room was non refundable until after we had talked to the front desk also they need to learn to answer the phone

Suggested solution:

They should give us or money back so we can go somewhere better so I won\'t have anymore asthma attacks due to the musty smell and learn to clean this place up
