My complaint:

Booked and paid for tickets your ref ID20798288 refers. Tickets were supposed to be issued within 72hrs of booking. Checked emails, spam…..nothing. Tried finding contact details on your website but nothing. Can understand why as your service is about taking money and that’s where customer service ends and leaves consumers frustrated and angry. Plenty negative reports about your company on various platforms and still no response. Wish I had read them earlier, could have saved myself a lot of frustration. Doubt you will respond to this one either.

Suggested solution:

Send my tickets, very simple you took payment so cannot see the issue other than me feeling ripped off
