My complaint:
Ordered a phone for Xmas for my husband on-line and then tried to cancel the order. TracFone told me that I could not cancel but to send the phone back for a refund or deny the package. I sent the phone back as was not at home when it arrived but they only refunded the phone and not the minutes that I purchased with the phone. (Was not a bundled package). Same phone number that he always has had. Ordered a smart phone instead of a flip phone the next day and that is what he is using. Have been a customer of track phone for years.
Suggested solution:
Refund the $20.63 that they still owe me or give me the minutes on the activated phone.
