My complaint:
I have been a customer of toolstation for many years.
I went in today served by a staff named Rob.
He was very unhelpful unlike other staff who has helped me previously.
When I mentioned why is he so unhelpful just laughed and kept grinning at me. . As I was complaining about his manner . The manager over heard and did nothing to resolve the matter.
This has caused me stress to be treated in this way..
Suggested solution:
A apology from rob and the manager. It's not the first time in his manner.
