My complaint:
I was checking out I had asked the return policy on makeup explained my reason why. 3 female employees got angry instantly said I can’t return anything. I explained that I didn’t need to return them right now that if I open up the $30 product it was used I was going to return it instantly since they wouldn’t allow me to check it first before buying! They then continued to talk very loudly saying hurtful rude comments. 2 other customers even noticed decided to help me out. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful. This was a very awful experience the manager did nothing about it bc she was the one who started it! Please fix this.
Suggested solution:
I honestly think I deserve a gift card or a discount for what happened to me by your employees. I also believe those 3 ladies owe me an apology but since that probably won't happen, they shouldn't be working there either. If they treated me like this all bc I asked about the return policy on makeup then imagine how they have treated others while working.
