My complaint:

Hi,

I have my private modus on, I pay for it since many years, but I discovered it does not work. I did not find out before because I did not open the app in ages and now I realise that all this time I was completely visible to everybody. I am very disappointed, because I trusted you that by paying and by activitauting the privacy modus I was invisible.

I have send you several messages, while in the beginning you told me to reinstall, logout, …. I did all that, also downloaded the latest version etc.
I have told you I did all that and that the problem persists, as I got messages of man commenting on my pictures, men I never matched with! Also when I do ‘like’ somebody, so when I swipe right, I get a match right away, so this means the person saw me before them! The whole point about the privacy modus only the people I match with see me! You have made all this publicity, I am a client since years, paying you more than 100 euro a year and you simply ignore my mails and my privacy.
Do I have to delete my account, or what to do, as you simply say you can not help. So I pay for a Gold Subscription where the private modus possibility is included, but it does not work.

What now? I have already contacted the European customer’s protection, but I still hope you will fix it? Or tell me what the problem is, or pay me back my money. Something you have to do. There are millions of people thinking they are on private modus and they are not! Is this how you treat clients who trust you?

Please answer as you are violating my privacy rights.
