Tim Hortons complaint: very unprofessional manager

My complaint:

my coffee was cold,, the manager said that was my fault because I ask for four creams, that is my usual order at a different location, never cold. She offered to remake the coffee but said it would be cold as well. I said I would like a refund. she became very irate and started screaming over top of me while I was talking, I ask her not to act like that as I have 3 children in the car. She was screaming HOW DID YOU PAY FOR THE COFFEE repeatedly. I calmly replied, why don’t you ask the cashier? I am just amazed that in this technical era, that I would have to have cold coffee!

Suggested solution:

I would think that maybe a refresher course in customer service might be a good place to start, clearly this person is not Tim Horton's material. I have never encountered a rude person at Tim Hortons. Her name started with a
D, I was to upset to remember it. This was Saturday afternoon November 06,2021 around 3.p.m.. Please figure out a way to give people who like cream in their coffee, and the coffee remains hot. I appreciate your time.
