My complaint:

I have stopped going to Tim Hortons for my coffee, because of your choice to only make the roll to win available to customers that have the App.
I thought about downloading the app. but now that you are saying I have to and I can not roll it on my own anymore.
Do you guys not get it, people do not like being forced to do anything. Has the pandemic not taught you guys anything.
I will not download your App. and you have just lost another customer.
My father does not even have a cel phone.

Suggested solution:

Make your offers available to everyone.
Stop trying to force your customers to get your app.
