My complaint:
Went to get grandson a double maple burger told could not have as they had no maple sauce could have a double cheese burger I could not really understand all he was saying as he spoke to fast but it was a burger or hot dog I got a burger and two strawberry and cream frappes drinks the drinks were fine the burger was well done and dry and had a odd taste it was not fresh the week before we went and got home with two chicken burgers when we asked for one chicken and one beef .this is not the first time I have complained I have stayed away for a long time and thought I would try and see if it had in proved it hasn’t apart from the drinks which where very nice . Shame it happened again
Suggested solution:
I think it needs to be looked in to more .it needs a good team of professionals to go in and show how it’s done I did not even get a receipt on both occasions
