My complaint:
Dear who it may concern,
My password has been reset on TikTok… i have not done this. It has happened on several of my other accounts, all of which i had the passwords logged so i know they have been resetremoved by tiktok.
One of the accounts on TikTok – cleo.summers1 , i have had for quite some time now i have 25,000 followers. The email associated to the account has been compromised and i cannot access it.
I added a phone number to the account as added security so that i could reset my password that way and I have done this successfully on a separate occasion. However, that phone number is no longer registered to the account and i do not understand why…
I am now locked out of this account due to the password resetting (again, by tiktok) and i cant change my password the way i have done before via phone.
I have contacted the help centre and reported the problem but i am just repeatedly told to go to gmail about my email… THIS IS NOT THE ISSUE.
WHY is my phone number no longer on the account? And how can i regain access to my account now?
Again, the email was compromised and i was not able to change that due to it being compromised hence the reason i added my phone number as a secondary way to log inreset passwords.
Please help. I am losing my mind over this. This should not be happening. I have taken steps to secure my account and this is what i am faced with.
If i cannot get this resolved i will have to resort to contacting an authority and having my content removed from your platform because if i cannot access my own account i do not want the content on there forever.

I want my phone number reinstated to the account as it was before. OR update my email address to one i can access.
