TikTok complaint: Account recovery

My complaint:

I did a set on my phone a few days ago and all of my apps were deleted including tik tok. I downloaded the app back on my cell phone but could not log in. I tried every password that I may have used but could not gain access to my account. I reached out to tik tok. They e-mailed me with a list of steps to recover my account as well as provided me with a hint of my Apple ID that my account is linked to. Unfortunately, I had already attempted to log into my account by resetting my password and tik tok asked me for an e-mail I used. I input my e-mail but it stated e-mail is not registered. I did the same thing with my phone number and it stated phone number is not registered. I contacted Apple and verified that my Apple ID is my e-mail. I contacted tik tok again with the information Apple gave me and tik tok still would not provide me with a solution to access my account. I have sent them a copy of my driver’s license as well as a screen shot of my tik tok page and Apple ID and they still will not help me access my account. The last request I made to them was to delete my account all together but all I get from them are repetitive e-mails as if they do not comprehend my request.

Suggested solution:

If Tik tok cannot help me access my account then I want the account deleted. It does not make sense to have an account I can no longer access.
