My complaint:
From San Francisco California on mrsville that says tick tock ads $10 hacked my account and stold over $200 in 5 min from my account now I do not pay for ad there anything else I have a job that I like and I wouldn’t need to pay for ads so this is not my charge and when I called my card to put it lost their phone it the automated system told me I had 2 cards I only have one. Furthermore my card is not on tiktok associated with it or anything else so I don’t know how they hacked into my account and got it but they sold over $200 that I worked for so and like I said my debit card is not on tiktok or anything else so I don’t know how they even did this but I am so upset and so pissed off cuz that’s going to keep me from paying my bills and I downloaded this on complain.biz
Suggested solution:
They should investigate this and find out how it happened make their site more secure for people to use refund my money and plus extra because I had to freeze my debit card because I'm not kidding as I was talking to my bank they kept charging me $10 till over $200 so on every bill that I have to pay off to call these companies and tell them to take that card off cuz it's frozen how do you stop my payroll check from going in there because it's frozen they should take care of this in a big way refund my money and pay me extra for all the aggravation this is tick tock's fault I don't do videos or anything on there but don't even have my info but somehow they got it now this account that they set up is from San Francisco I don't know who it was or what part of the company it was but it's for to talk ads which I never ordered or paid for they took my money and I want it back I haven't taken a picture of my account because my bank told me not to until it was all the way through but if you insist I will send you a picture of it. I mean all my bank can do is honor the dispute and put the money back on there that doesn't help me with the card or security or anything else it's like somebody coming to your home and robbing you,and tick tock should be helped accountable for it all cuz it says straight up San Francisco tick tock $10 for ads so I had to come from them and I did not sign up for any of that and I want my money back and like I said extra that's what they should do if they don't want me to take legal action because somewhere along the way they have to butt my information from somebody or something and I won't stop until I find it out
