My complaint:
My account Spexy16 has been banned due to violating the guidelines. I believe this is a misunderstanding and I have not violated any major guidelines at all. The emotional aspect of this whole situation with the account now being banned permanently has left my mental health in not such a good state because I used ticktock daily and I had 7k followers and I loved that people would message me to tell me I was doing great and made them happy when they were down. My account is so important to me because it gives me something to do which I entirely love doing and keeps me a meaning purpose and a fun life. I’ve got videos on my account that I actually love and the duets I’ve done are amazing. They are part of my life and a way to show people my hobby. I have worked so hard to get where I am today with the account and this has really made me think twice about if I can actually continue the singing that I love and my followers love too. So please can I get my account unbanned so I can continue and enjoy the app and start to sing once again.

I would like this resolved and to be able to use my account again for singing which improved my mental health
