My complaint:

Up until recently, I have thoroughly enjoyed being a TikTok creator and my account was specifically structured around animals and animal care. I had over 300,000 followers who all enjoyed the content and commitment i dedicated 24 hours a day.
However, my account has been completely shut down. I had no warning from TikTok at all and it only happened because after TikTok took down a number of videos, I successfully won the appeals but TikTok did not lift the temporary ban. When I complained about it continued to chase for an answer, I logged into my account one day and got the message to say the account has been permanently suspended. I have religiously followed the community guidelines and a majority of not all my appeals were successful. To date I have spent months of personal hours developing my account and working alongside TikTok.
I find this hugely negatively to both creators and TikTok’s brand and I must say that any credibility I had for TikTok has completely gone. Many creators I have also spoken to have similar feelings regarding similar situations.
TikTok is all about being creating and investing your personal time for consumer entertainment and overall interaction. I genuinely thought my personal time was invested in such a good cause with a brand to be proud of but considering the poor communication, the fact you’ve kept back the funds I’ve earned and more importantly, carried out such an action with zero communication and justification is absolutely beyond belief.
Since then, I have raised over 12 tickets and reported the issue to TikTok and I have had no response at all.
I’m sure you will agree that this is totally unacceptable on any level but for a platform as widely used as TikTok, the standards overall must be better.

They should reinstate my account so I can continue the hard work of creating and delivering content to a loyal audience
