My complaint:

I got to checkout for ndubz tickets and ed payment, it went through to the next page and then it went back to the payment page and wouldn’t allow me to go through again. the payment was pending out o my bank account and now isn’t any more. this is really unfair, as i had the tickets and due to your website, wasn’t able to complete checkout, when i had already gone past the payment and it took me back. it was the correct details and there was enough money in my account to pay for the tickets.

Suggested solution:

I would like to get tickets, as this was an error on your side.
