My complaint:
I would like to register a complaint about the Air Supply concert, in Oshkosh, WI, on May 14, 2022. I paid nearly $400 for front row seats and the VIP EXPERIENCE(pic attached). My wife and I left early as the crowd, which did not pay top dollar for front row seats were allowed to storm the stage, blocking our view. This went on all night long. When I complained to the General Manager of the auditorium I was told that they were instructed, by the band, to not remove these people. Therefore, I am lodging a complaint and demand a refund.
Nowhere, did it state that my view would be obstructed! Furthermore, why pay top dollar for a VIP Experience that provides a view of people’s asses?!?
Is this how Air Supply treats their fans? When I pay this kind of money, for a VIP Experience, I don’t expect to walk away cheated nor have to smell an ass that is 2 inches from my face!
