My complaint:
I purchased two (2) tickets for a concert through Ticketmaster, due to inclement weather, the concert was moved from the outdoor venue to an indoor venue which I did not feel comfortable attending due to COVID. The email I received from Ticketmaster said that a refund was available for un-scanned tickets if requested prior to 61922. I did not attend and requested a refund on 52722. I have emailed back and forth with Ticketmaster customer service and they keep saying that I am not eligible for a refund since the date of the concert has already passed but I have an email promising the refund up till 61922.
Suggested solution:
Ticketmaster should refund the total dollar amount to my credit card.
