My complaint:
Spent £1000 on 4 VIP tickets for WWE. Nothing was VIP. Had to queue with everyone else, for an hour. Was given a tiny belt as a souvenir. Absolutely nothing VIP about these tickets.
Suggested solution:
Refund the tickets. I have just started to use Ticketmaster recently. Spent nearly £2000 in a short space of time, looking to buy WWE for Scotland and Cirque de Solei, not if this isn't resolved.
