My complaint:
I had 6 tickets for Alice Cooper at DTE Theater in Michigan. The date of the event was September 25 2021. We were unable to attend due to the USA not allowing Canadians to cross the border. I have not been able to discuss with a human being just told via email several times that the event organizer is not issuing refunds or credits for this event. I find this unacceptable during these Covid times.
Suggested solution:
I would accept a refund or a credit for a future event when the borders are open. I know about $ 800 US is nothing to this large organization but I feel I have been ripped off.
