I purchased a ticket to ‘Hamilton’ at he Gamage theater in Tempe. All my
attempts to receive my mobile ticket faiied, Within a few hours before the
performance I attempted to sell the ticket but apparently there were no buyers.But what I wanted to do was to see the performance! I lost about
$145.00 because this ticketing process didn’t work.! It is not fair to use a
mobile ticketing process exclusively. There should also be an alternative way to buy tickets. This is not fair ! I think that my money should be
refunded to me,and I should be given an alternative way to get a tiicket..
I want my money back or a free ticket to another performance.
