My complaint:
I have been trying to get in touch with Ticketmaster and they owe me my refund of 193.40 for garth brook tickets that were purchased and then the show was cancelled, i can not get anyone on the phone and email is useless!!!
Suggested solution:
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
