My complaint:

I am having real difficulty with reassigning tickets via eticketing which ticket master run. Each time go reassign ticket this it comes up with
Unfortunately, the client you have selected does not have the correct attributes to purchase seats on this event. Please check what is required to purchase seats on this event and try again.
Please note that I am adult trying purchase ticket, allocate 1 of 2 ticket to my stepson on THFC who hold.junior plus membership where i hold one hotspurs plus membership so that both of us, can see the football but to do this before i have to reallocate ticket before completing of purchase I attemp reassign ticket and it won’t let me
Suggested solution:
Allow me to allocate ticket to step son both see football as website won't allow or resolve technical issue so fans can do it.
